Our Director: Dr. Libardo Cardenas Giraldo is Pharmaceutical Chemist from Antioquia University, and Lawyer from the Libre University of Colombia.
He was involved as Head of the Drug Control Division, Cosmetics and Food of the Ministry of Public Health for 5 years.
Currently he is a Professor of Pharmacy Legislation, in the Faculty of Pharmacy of the National University of Colombia.
