Founded in 1984 by LIbardo Cardenas, G., QFH is a pioneer in Colombia in combined Pharmaceutical Chemistry with the Right, creating a unique and comprehensive approach to the regulatory consulting in the health sector.
We were pioneers in the regulatory consulting in the health sector in colombia, accompanying national and international companies on compliance with health guidelines since its inception.

Co-founder of the INVIMA (Instituto Nacional de vigilancia de medicamentos y Alimentos), advisor of the PAHO/WHO for more than 10 years, and recognized by Chambers & Partners as a leader in Life Sciences.
Author of reference works in pharmaceutical legislation colombian, university teacher, and international speaker on issues of regulation of health.
